Field records for fiber splicing.
The brain behind your splicing crews.
Your splicers record every can on a phone, with or without signal. Your office gets one record of every enclosure and every fiber — and the close-out builds itself.

The problem
Crews are sent out knowing less than the network does.
The network owner knows what needs fixing, and sometimes which ports to shoot. What the crew rarely gets is the rest: where the route runs, which fibers are live, what the last crew did in this can.
-
Knowledge leaves with people.
What a splicer learned at a can lives in his head and on his phone. When he moves on, the company starts over.
-
The record is written after the fact.
Close-outs get rebuilt at night from memory, photos and texts, in a different shape every time, and then they get lost in email.
-
Every revisit starts from zero.
Nobody knows which fibers are already in use or what the last crew found, so cans get built blind and outages run long.
What it does
One page in the field. One record at the office.
-
One page on a phone
Opens in any browser. No app store, no account, no signal needed. The day stays on the device until it is saved.
-
Asks for exactly what a close-out needs
Enclosure, where it is, what was done, every splice, photos with labels. It says what is missing before the truck leaves.
-
One record per enclosure
Every visit, every splice, every cable, every photo and who made it: the whole history of a can on one page.
-
The close-out builds itself
Every day that comes in rebuilds the project's report, fiber distribution workbook and route map. The project to date, always current.
-
Doubt is flagged, never guessed
Anything the record cannot settle is held for a person to decide. Corrections come in as new files; the original is never overwritten.
-
Before a crew rolls
Search any can, day, project or splicer. Everything known about that enclosure, on one page, before anyone opens it.

-
Field tools built in
Fiber and buffer look-up, panel look-up and splice charts, on the same page, offline.
-
How sure the record is
Each splice carries whether it was recorded once, confirmed by a second splicer, or later disagreed with.
-
The OTDR from the far end
Run the test set remotely from a laptop. Deployed, and still under development.
How it works
From the can to the close-out, in four steps.
-
At the can
The splicer opens the page on a phone and records the stop: enclosure ID, cross streets or the exact spot, what was done, every splice, photos with labels. No signal needed.
-
End of the day
One file leaves the phone, sealed. It stays encrypted while it travels and is opened only at your office.
-
The brain files it
Every day from every splicer lands in one record: a page per day, per enclosure, per splicer, per project. Anything it cannot settle is flagged for a person.
-
The office sees the reports
The close-out report, the workbook and the route map rebuild themselves. The next crew gets the can's page before they roll.

Privacy
Your field data never touches this website.
This site is a brochure. It has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies, and it keeps nothing about you. Field records go from a splicer's phone to your own office, sealed on the way, and nowhere else.
- No forms
- No tracking
- No field data
